Enquiry and booking form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred date and time, booking type, type of shoot and any details you choose to share.

Bookings and payments: the details needed to confirm and manage your booking. Payments are handled by our payment and booking providers; Black Gold Sun Studios does not see or store your full card details.

Emails: anything you send us by email.

Website data: basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited, collected by our website host for security and performance.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to enquiries, arrange and manage bookings, send booking confirmations and access details, keep records for accounting, and keep the website secure. Our lawful bases are taking steps to enter into or perform a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running Black Gold Sun Studios, and complying with legal obligations such as keeping financial records.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months if they do not lead to a booking. We keep booking and payment records for 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting rules.
